This official press release documents the meeting in Islamabad between Dr. Asim Mahmood Khan, Chairman of the Pakistan Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Association (PVPA), Dr. Obaid Ullah Malik, Chief Executive Officer of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), and members of the PVPA Executive Committee.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation in animal health, One Health implementation, veterinary pharmaceutical regulation and necessary regulatory reforms. During the meeting, Chairman Dr. Asim Mahmood Khan presented a PVPA Commemorative Shield of Recognition to Dr. Obaid Ullah Malik on behalf of the PVPA Executive Committee.
This PVPA commemorative recognition is distinct from Dr. Obaid Ullah Malik's Sitara-i-Imtiaz, conferred by the Government of Pakistan among Independence Day Civil Awards.
